Our registered massage therapists work patiently and effectively with our clients in order to understand how to help with their injuries. They manipulate the soft tissues of the body, including muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments, and joints to alleviate discomfort and pain associated with daily stresses, muscular overuse, and chronic pain conditions.

Our registered acupuncturists are highly skilled professionals who work closely with our clients to treat pain associated with a variety of diseases and conditions. Very thin needles are inserted through the skin at strategic points on the body to stimulate nerves, muscles and connective tissue, and this simulation boosts natural painkillers in the body. Acupuncture also help our clients increase their overall wellness, including stress management.

Our occupational therapists assists with improving clients overall level of functioning through therapeutic activity, specialized assessments and intervention, adaptive equipment, and analysis of physical, psycho-social and cognitive areas of function.

Case Management - for clients with physical, psyco-social, psychological, and cognitive impairments.
Work Site / Ergonomic Assessment – assessor to meet with the employer and employee to observe employees current functional abilities in the workplace. This is followed by recommendations made to optimize the return to work process. For ergonomic assessment, a review of current biomechanic design and recommendation of optimal functional designs typically in the workplace setting.
Job Demands Analysis – assessment performed in the workplace to gather information regarding the frequency and duration of primary job demands. This assessment provides clarity of the tasks required in the workplace.
Graduated Return to Work Planning and Monitoring – to develop a detailed return to work plan, which facilitates the employees ability to succeed in the workplace. This generally includes gradually increasing hours, duties, and knowledge.
Kinesiology - Clinic, Community, and home based
Our registered kinesiologists work 1-on-1 with our clients in their home, our clinic, or in the community. They use exercise to help clients recover from pain and their injuries by conducting detailed assessments and creating appropriate exercise prescriptions. Sessions can also include hydrotherapy, where individually tailored rehabilitation programs are created in the pool with our skilled clinicians.
Active Rehabilitation - individually tailored rehabilitation programs in a gym-based environment.
Hydrotherapy – individually tailored rehabilitation programs in the pool with our swimming expert.
Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) - passive stretching which targets muscles, fascia, and connective tissue surrounding bones and joints.

Integrative Rehabilitation offers direct billing to various extended health providers – see below for a full list of eligible providers. Availability of this service is dependent on your carrier and/or plan. Please note that all fees are ultimately the responsibility of the patient. If your insurance providers direct billing portal is not working on the day of your appointment or the claim does not go through, you will pay the full amount of your visit up front. We will provide you with a receipt which you can then submit to your insurer for processing and reimbursement.
What we need from you:
1. Your Insurance card with policy number and member ID*
2. A doctor’s referral, if required by your provider.
3. A valid piece of government-issued photo ID
*If you are not the primary cardholder for the plan, we are also required to have the primary cardholder’s full name and date of birth in order to process your claim.
